Any Update of Spotify will restore the theme to the original Spotify theme.

Installation:
Close/Exit Spotify ("File->Exit" in Spotify).
Open your Spotify Folder (Usually Located in "%AppData%" for Windows).
Open the "Data" Folder inside "Spotify\" (here you should see "resources.zip").
Rename "resources.zip" into "resources.zip.BACKUP".
Copy the "resources.zip" file you downloaded from here into "Spotify\Data\" (Replacing the Original).
Start Spotify. You should now have the Spotify Minimalist Theme.
